What motivates you to be part of the PHNX Jury, and what do you hope to bring to the judging process?

I've seen PHNX award growing and building relevance over the years and it feels great to be part of it. I hope to bring full attention to the ideas and not all the lobby around us :)

PHNX has always been about celebrating creativity in all its forms. What new perspectives or disciplines do you think deserve more recognition in award shows today?

I believe we need an entry fee category for the personal work of creatives.
Let's get to know creatives, let's celebrate the things that builds all that creativity

Which countries or regions do you think are leading the creative field right now? And which emerging markets should we look out for?

USA, Brazil, UK I would say are still on the front.
There are consistent countries in Europe and South America as well, and emerging markets are starting to get attention, like Asia overall.

What trends or cultural shifts do you think will define the most impactful creative work this year?

With all the AI tools already available and the crazy ones to come, we'll be able to see who is REALLY creative on dealing with all those tools and squeezing the news out of it.

If you could give one piece of advice to agencies and creatives submitting their work, what would it be?

Double check the categories that you are applying for and make sure the idea is presented in the simplest way possible. Have in mind that judges are very aware of the market and can spot the bullshit very quickly.
