What motivates you to be part of the PHNX Jury, and what do you hope to bring to the judging process?
The opportunity to be inspired and interpret creativity from different parts of the world. I hope to contribute to the judging process with objectivity and respect for the work of others.
PHNX has always been about celebrating creativity in all its forms. What new perspectives or disciplines do you think deserve more recognition in award shows today?
The use of AI tools to enhance ideas and give them a greater boost, with the exception that creativity should not rely entirely on artificial intelligence.
Which countries or regions do you think are leading the creative field right now? And which emerging markets should we look out for?
I believe that each region has its own essence, but countries like Brazil, the United States, and Argentina always stand out in America. As for emerging markets, we should keep an eye on Asia to gain a broader perspective.
What trends or cultural shifts do you think will define the most impactful creative work this year?
I hope to see pieces that connect more with people's emotions and that the use of AI takes a disruptive approach to enhance creative work rather than overshadow it.
If you could give one piece of advice to agencies and creatives submitting their work, what would it be?
Don't just submit work to showcase it on your profiles. Keep in mind that this is an opportunity for people from different parts of the world to see the creativity of each region and country—it's a chance to showcase the market. Less ego, more action.
