The Dinty Moore, “Lumbersexual” campaign was honored by Communication Arts Advertising Annual. The Black Label Bacon, “Driven by Bacon” campaign about a motorcycle fueled by bacon grease received a Silver National Addy and the bike was featured at the ALT Energy Summit.
New Business: Andersen Windows, S&W Beans, and multiple 3M projects.

US, North American and Global brand leader for SCJohnson’s Home Cleaning and Air Care. Brands include; Windex, Pledge, Scrubby Bubbles, Shout, Drano and Glade. I was responsible for structuring the Chicago office and creating, producing and launching multiple integrated, 360 campaigns, across television/video, experiential and social media, print, outdoor, and online. Leads development of Global Creative Campaign/Brand Guidelines that regional teams use for marketing activation. Collaborated with all partner agencies and Global Planning leaders to ensure synergistic and holistic 360 communications ideas and campaigns.

Creative lead overseeing Jim Beam, Canadian Club, The Illinois Lottery, Drugfree.org and Bayer Healthcare, Aleve, Bayer Aspirin, Alka-Seltzer, Midol, Flintstones and One-A-Day. My work for Jim Beam and Canadian Club was recognized by Communication Arts Advertising Annual. The Jim Beam, “Guys Never Change” campaign was voted TBS’ “World’s Funniest Commercials.” The Partnership for Drugfree.org and The Illinois Lottery camapign received a Finalist at The Cannes Lion Fesitival.

I started Leo Burnett as Art Director and left as Group Creative Director. As AD/CD, I created award winning work for Altoids, Dewars, Johnnie Walker, Maytag, Jenn-Air and Reebok. For Altoids, “The Curiously Strong Mints” campaign received gold awards from Cannes Lions International Festival, The One Show, The Clios, The Effies and two Grand Kelly Prizes from the MPA Kelly Awards. Later, the iconic outdoor campaign was inducted into The Obie Hall of Fame. I created and pitch winning work for Morgan Stanley, Washington Mutual and Simmons.

As GCD, I helped launch the Leo Burnett subsidiary company, LBWorks. At LBWorks, I created pitch winning work for StorageTek, Lexmark, and Earthlink and Starbucks. The tech company grew to 200 employees in 2 years before it was folded back into Leo Burnett. I continued to lead and author work for Cadillac, Coca-Cola, P&G, Kellogg’s and Museum of Science and Industry.
