Named one of the most influential women in the industry by Advertising Age, and a frequently requested speaker at Advertising Week, 4A’s Transformation, Mirren Live, Ad Age’s Small Agency Conference and others, Sharon’s leadership has grown and transformed creative people, brands, and businesses for more than 30 years.
In 2004, Sharon led the management buyout to launch Partners + Napier, today a 125-person agency in Rochester, NY, with service offices in NYC and San Francisco, specializing in advertising, digital content, and retail marketing. The agency is the not-so-secret weapon of ambitious marketers, tapped by Constellation Brands, BMW Financial Services, Wegmans, Delta Vacations, Lufthansa Airlines, Capital One, Keurig Green Mountain, ConAgra Foods and others. In 2011, Sharon led the acquisition of Partners + Napier by Project, an independent global network of wholly owned agencies in service of creativity, and she now serves on the $320M network’s global strategic leadership council.
