Formed the digital network of Havas Worldwide (formerly Euro RSCG 4D) and helped build it into one of the largest digital networks globally (ranked by Adweek as largest 5 years running). Was Global CEO then Global Chairman. Also served three years as Havas' regional CEO of Asia Pacific, India and the Middle East.
Was then the CEO of RKG, the Rimm Kaufman Group, a leading independent search agency, focused on the intersection of search and social. In June 2014 I led the sale of RKG to Merkle, where I worked for three years as the CMO and an EVP, serving on the executive committee. During that period I led a team which tripled the number of sales qualified leads, in doing so, winning the American Business Awards' Grand Stevie.
Now principal of MKTG2.U, a marketing consultancy focused on data-driven communications and social media. I am driven by the belief that great marketing is measurable, repeatable, scalable, and intentional.
