"I love to solve problems using modern technology," says Ron, the quarterback for this fully independent division of the agency. He founded his own interactive development company, which was ultimately acquired by MCI. Before the advent of the Web, Ron created electronic commerce software applications for Macy's, Brooks Brothers and a specialty mail-order client, Horchow. Ron and 35 other Trone Interactivists provide just one of the many integrated services offered by the agency for all of its clients.
Ron claims to be a jack of all trades but a master of none. But that's just a little humility seeping in. When Ron isn't busy with his wife, Stacey, or their four children, he's got a whole passel of outside interests. He's a private pilot as well as an Eagle Scout.
Even during his "downtime" Ron likes working and playing with interactive media and surfing the Net. He has lived in 12 of the 50 states, citing North Carolina as his favorite for its warm weather.
