Joined newly merged agency (HTW; Wunderman Interactive; Wunderman Automotive) with a brief to create a seamlessly integrated creative product and grow creative capabilities.

Restructured disparate creative departments and disciplines into one. Hired and re-trained staff to create a stable hierarchy and increased specialist skill sets at all levels.

Took Wunderman back up the awards listing and initiated a PR plan to grow its creative reputation. Helped implement a new culture and processes at the agency and transform Wunderman from a traditional direct agency to one with digital at its heart. In Campaign’s School Report Wunderman raised its score from 4 in 2007 to 7 in 2012 based on its commercial and creative performance.


In 2009, led a successful Wunderman network Global CD meeting in Cannes and in 2010 was invited to give a seminar: ‘Where does inspiration come from?’ in Cannes. In 2011 promoted to Executive Creative Director of Wunderman UK Group (ZAAZ, Blast Radius, KBM Group) and took over the running of the UX team.

Set up LIDA with Lisa Thomas and M&C Saatchi and grew the agency from 2 people to 60+. Won British Airways, RBS/NatWest, Garrard, Mandarin Oriental, MG Rover, Inland Revenue to name just a few.

Notable campaigns included MINI, the high profile launch campaign for the Child Trust Fund, a hugely cost effective sponsorship and Jonny Wilkinson campaign for Travelex.

Took over management of eMCSaatchi, the digital arm in 2002, merged it into LIDA and ran it as a seamless creative department.

Grew the digital side of the business winning integrated and pure digital business notably the RAF, BA Europe and won a place on the COI roster.

Worked on M&CSaatchi Group business, notably the TfL bus improvement campaign, NatWest and work for the EU on Climate Change and Direct Line, in addition to numerous new business pitches
