As executive Creative Director of Thompson New York, JJ has been handling campaigns for several of JWT's multinational clients. Just recently, he supervised the creative development of JWT's global asvertising launch for the new Kodak Advantix Advanced Photo System (APS). The advertising was created in 9 languages and ran simultaneously in 17 countries. He has also been instrumental in the creation of international campaigns for Warner-Lambert's Triednt and Chiclets brands.
In the ten years that he has been with Thompson New York, JJ has personally written campaigns for everything from toothpaste to telephone service, 200 speed film to Lever 2000 soap.
He is a devout beliver in the power of a branded creative identity: advertising that is not only entertaining, relevant and persuasive, but also distinctly his clients'. In the last four years, in addition to winning numerous creative awards, his work has won five Effies for advertising effectiveness awarded by the American Marketing Association. And, he recently featured in Crain's Business Journal as one of New York's new generation of leaders.
JJ has a BA from Amherst College and now lives in Rye, NY with his wife and two daughters.
