Paul has spent the last 17 years working for customer engagement agencies, managing and winning clients on a local and international basis. His experience includes leading Kellogg's digital account, including taking the brand onto social platforms for the first time with the launch of Krave, and managing award winning campaigns for The Glenlivet, Nestlé and UKTI.
He currently heads up a number of key accounts, including the digital and CRM strategies for Nestlé Dolce Gusto, B&Q and RAF.
He has also worked on cross-body initiatives with ISBA and IPA to develop industry best practice between marketers and agencies.
