Global Chief Creative Officer at Geometry Global

About me

After studying Philosophy at university I headed to Northern Spain to make B-movies with Franco Nero and a young Penelope Cruz.

When I returned to England I found myself working at Ridley Scott Associates making commercials and being inspired by Ridley.

This inspiration led me to theatre directing at the Edinburgh Festival, which in turn created opportunities to work in the film and television business in the UK.

Whilst working for ABC, I was standing in the desert in Morocco re-making “Anthony and Cleopatra” and it occurred to me that there was a digital revolution underway that was the “punk” of my generation and I needed to be part of it.

So back in England I founded a digital agency the same day the internet bubble imploded.

With some luck we survived and Greenroom Digital was born.

For the next 8 years I ran it and grew it with some of the most interesting and exciting people I've had the fortune to meet. It was an incredibly creative and inspiring time. We truly felt we could do anything we could imagine.

The digital landscape was (as it still is) new and ever evolving and we were at the forefront, writing the rules and defining new forms of marketing in London for some of the world’s best brands.

Still, we knew our future was not to be confined to the browser so in 2008 we sold Greenroom to IPG/Momentum Worldwide to marry their physical experience to our digital skills.

After 5 great years working in NYC at Momentum the time was right to return to London and a new challenge at Geometry Global.
