I'm CEO of The Brooklyn Brothers, a creative agency I founded in London with 3 partners in 2008 and we've since grown to employ over 185 brothers worldwide. Its our pride and joy!
Our work is Hollywood influenced, often left-of-field, always non-traditional and sits right in the middle of Advertising, Social, PR and Digital building audiences for brands. We practise what we preach, love what we do and have gathered the most talented band of brothers and brands together that we couldn't be more proud of. Recently we found even more like-minded brothers, joining forces with Golin, a passionate, relevance obsessed worldwide agency who believe in exactly the same things we do. Bring on the next chapter!
At work I'm responsible for our people, our client relationships and our growth in to new, interesting and pioneering areas. I'm fascinated by our ever-evolving industry and before The Brooklyn Brothers, spent much of my career collecting experience and learning, from as many different agency seats as I could. For many years I was MD of Craik Jones, one of the UK's most creatively awarded direct & digital agencies, as well as a Director at advertising agency Collett Dickenson Pearce where I helped to launch one of the UK's most pioneering integrated models.
I'm also a huge believer in the need to bring a whole new generation of young people in to our industry from every background and walk of life. I'm a trustee of The Dallaglio Foundation where we use the power of rugby to help young people excluded from mainstream education get back on track and in to work. I sit on the Women in Business Committee for The Duke of Edinburgh's Award raising money to help the charity reach far more disadvantaged young people and I'm a very proud member of WACL where we nurture female talent and help young women carve out successful and rewarding careers in our industry.
