About me
Heather is Managing Director of The Mill in New York. Her experience as both a client and agency leader gives her a unique perspective to contribute to The Mill's strategy and growth. She also sits on The Mill's Group Executive Board.
Heather joined The Mill in 2014. She was previously Managing and Strategy Director of BlueberryFrog (the non-traditional division of StrawberryFrog) in Amsterdam. Then as a Partner of StrawberryFrog she moved to New York to launch StrawberryFrog North America. After many years as a Frog, she joined McCann Erickson as Executive Vice President and Group Managing Director, followed by work with select agencies in innovation and brand development. Prior working on the agency side, she worked in Accenture's strategy practice and at Levi Strauss & Co in Paris.
