About me
My name Is Yvonne Koert and I am one of the founders of Advanced Business Creation, a 4 yrs bacelor programm directed at learning to innovate. An idea without succesfull adaptation by the market is not an innovation, and in order to be adapted by the market, you have to communicate effectively. Even though innovation is our game, communication plays an important part in our program. We started ABC 7 years ago and at this point in time we have appr 400 students and appr. 150 graduates.Right now my main area of expertise is learning to think innovatively ( creative and critical), which is also the subject of my PHD in progress.

Before Yvonne became a lecturer, she was working on the client side in several functions, marketing, procurement, sales, communication and education as part of a management development program within Shell and IBM. At the moment Yvonne is a lecturer at the Avans University within the Avans business creation education, which she co-created 8 years ago. ABC, as it is called is centered around innovation, which is closely intertwined with communication. Next to lecturing Yvonne is working on a PHD on the learnability of innovative thinking.
