Andy re-joined agenda21 Digital as Managing Director in October 2015, after a spell at Essence Digital. The creation of an MD’s role was part of the evolution of the business following its acquisition by Be Heard Group – Peter Scott’s nascent digital empire. Andy has been tasked with growing the group’s first acquisition and leading the transformation from exemplary digital media practitioners to becoming a genuine option as a client’s lead agency. He’s a digital agency leader and proven business development director with more than 15 years as an executive in digital advertising and media. A decade in direct marketing and brand agencies prepared Andy for the digital performance world. An expert in agency growth and building new business infrastructure, Andy is an articulate and engaging communicator, able to inspire both clients and agency teams. When not being inspiring, he can be found on his allotment, playing village cricket or at The Amex hoping that for once Brighton’s results will exceed expectations.
