About me

As a Client Manager I have to be everyone's everything. The glue for every project. And I love it. I’m passionate and motivated; entrusted by my colleagues and clients to deliver exceptional service and results.

I believe in leading by example. I always look for ways to demonstrate the businesses core values, uphold my responsibilities, encourage team work and look for learning opportunities.

My background is graphic design which is equivalent to being ‘on the tools’ in my industry, so transitioning from a graphic design role into client service was definitely a challenge. Adapting my skillset and hitting the ground running to meet my large client-base’s needs; while it was a challenge, it has formed the strong foundation I have today, one I will always be grateful for. It’s enabled me to be empathetic with the stresses and challenges the graphic designers face whilst working on the projects I manage. It’s also meant that when speaking with my customer base, I can explain with confidence to CEO’s, directors and partners how the creative process is working towards driving their business outcomes.

Reflecting on memorable achievements, it wasn’t successful project delivery that came to mind, rather a mentorship opportunity. Investing in others has been the thing that gives me the greatest satisfaction and what I define as success. Through a number of networks, Ive met a number of young marketing students. Ive had the privilege to offer internships which have been able to lead them to permanent jobs in the industry which gives a real sense of achievement in helping others.
