Rich was appointed Managing Director, Business Development for Digital Domain Holdings Limited (DDHL) in July 2015. A twenty year veteran of video game marketing and development, Flier held the role of VP of Interactive Entertainment at 3D video imaging company 3DV Systems. That company was later sold to Microsoft in 2009 and its technology became part of the foundation of Microsoft Kinect. In 2011 Rich joined Digital Domain as an Executive Producer. He was instrumental in building the division’s client base and expertise in the creative development and production of video game content for brands such as Activision, Electronic Arts, 2K Games, Microsoft and many other top publishers, developers and ad agencies. In 2012 he was elevated to Vice President and in 2013 to President, Advertising and Games. Previously Rich was a Marketing Director at DreamWorks Interactive and co-founded Creative Domain’s Interactive Entertainment Division (now Trailer Park), where he worked with leading companies as well as overseeing creative brand campaigns for top titles. Prior to Creative Domain Rich spent several years at DDB Worldwide as an account director for the agency’s Griffin Bacal and Tribal DDB divisions. He began his career with legendary game developer, Looking Glass Technologies.
