I took the long and winding road to becoming a copywriter. I went from selling chips out of the back of a truck to teaching myself strategy and accounts management at a startup. I finally found my place as a copywriter where I worked hard to get good and achieved some international awards and recognition (Cannes, Ad Stars, Ad Week).
