Creative Director | Co-Founder at CANJA Audio Culture

About me

I am a musician since childhood. In advertising, I started working as a copywriter. In 2012, I decided to unite my passion for music and ideas and I founded CANJA Audio Culture – where I am the creative director and partner of Filipe Resende and Edu Karas.

Over the past three years, we've won 32 Cannes Lions - including Titanium, GP for Good, Film Craft: Best Use of Music & SFX, Radio and Creative Effectiveness. In 2017, we produced the 3rd most awarded campaign in the world: The Refugee Nation, with Ogilvy NY, which won Best of Show on One Show. In 2019, we were named “The Music & Sound Company of the Year” at the LIA (London International Awards).

We work with global agencies and clients such as Johnnie Walker, Adidas, Burger King, McDonald's, Coca-Cola, Samsung, Nike, Amnesty International and Gatorade.

I have experience in conceptualizing brands through sound, finding the perfect tone to deliver the campaign message. I keep myself updated on releases and trends in behavior, arts and technology. I am obsessed with details and I always make sure that the result is excellent - creatively and technically.

I lead a talented and versatile team that is committed to make ideas stand out. I encourage unexpected solutions by promoting a critical, collaborative, and selfless environment.

I am the first audio producer to become the President of Paraná’s Creative Club (CCPR). I was in the jury in festivals such as New York Festivals and El Ojo de Iberoamerica. I am also a voice over artist, singer and songwriter. I have a band, I love to travel, to meet people and cultures, to watch movies and series and I am a F.C. Barcelona fan.

I have a great appreciation for social causes and I collaborated in many projects that make me proud, such as: Cinemagine (cinema for the blind); Oxente Your Agency (against xenophobia in advertising); MoreGrls (female talent map in the market); Dissolving Poster (anti-dengue); Distracted Goalkeeper (traffic awareness); Inhale Stories (to help children in hospitals); One Word (about brain injury); The Refugee Nation (representative for refugees); among others.
