Brazilian, from Rio de Janeiro, 29 years old, graduated in Advertising, Hagall has been an Art Director for the past 10 years. Now he has a position as Associate Creative Director at Saatchi&Saatchi Dubai.
In 2012, he was hired by Grey Brazil (a branch of Grey Group), who, at that time, was merging with 141SohoSquare. During that time, he was in charge of global and local accounts. In the following year, in order to be a member of IPG, he left the WPP Group.
In 2013, as an Art Director, Hagall was part of the team that set up the office of Borghi/Lowe in Rio. In 2014, he was chosen to be a part of the NoBullShit's creative team, which belongs to Dentsu Aegis Network.
In 2016, Hagall was invited by FCB Buenos Aires to work in Argentina. Two years later in 2018, he was asked by Wunderman Thompson Dubai to be an Associate Creative Director. In January 2020, Hagall was invited to be Creative Director at Mullenlowe Mena to lead the First Abu Dhabi Bank account alongside other award-winning special projects and pitches.
The success of projects led by Hagall contributed to Mullenlowe being named as one of the top fifty agencies setting global standards. Now he is ACD at Saatchi&Saatchi Dubai.
Throughout his career, spanning 3 countries, Hagall has won numerous international and local awards.
His projects have reached all the regions of Latin America and the MENA market. He has been honored for his work by major industry festivals like One Show, Cannes Lions, New York Festivals, Platinum Pencil, Clio, FastCo., Lynx, Effies, El Ojo, and Print Magazine, among others.
