My name is Jasur, I am from Tashkent, Uzbekistan. I was born in 1991, and since childhood, I have two hobbies that lead me through life to this day – music and advertising.
In 2011, I graduated from Westminster University in Tashkent (Business Administration) and from that year, I have been working in the field of advertising. My “weapon of choice” is the word – I started as a copywriter, and this year I finally got to the creative director.
Year of 2014 I spent living and working (also in the field of advertising) in Kazakhstan, then briefly returned to my homeland, only to move again, but this time to Moscow, where I spent 2 years (2017, 2018). In Russia, I had the pleasure of being part of the EPS Creative Agency that specializes in the branded souvenir products. All decisions about changing geography in my life are connected with my rock band Flyin Up (music.yandex.ru ), where I am a vocalist and a songwriter (here I also work with the “word” – write lyrics).
In 2019, I came back to Tashkent in order to utilize experience gained in Moscow, both musically and in the field of advertising – to develop both directions in my homeland. In 2019, our group organized a local rock festival Open to Music, which was attended by 2,000 people, which is very much for Uzbekistan, where rock is not a popular genre.
Since 2019, I have been working at the creative agency GGC UNNO (LLC Unaware Nomad), where I have been a creative director for two years.
Currently, I am a Creative Director of the first Creative Hub in Uzbekistan -- MOC.
