I love to build teams and rally them around varying tasks in order to get results.
Other than success, the idea of building/marketing a great product with an awesome team around a strong company culture is what drives me. The market is not that important, it’s the greatness of the product and the team as well as the potential they both have for success, that’s what’s exciting!
I am capable of managing a multitude of issues, teams and mandates at the same time in a continuously changing environment. Given my ability to listen and work in various environments/fields, I can quickly grasp a situation in order to make a decision that makes sense for the business and the various stakeholders.
Last but not least, I also believe that employee development and a strong company culture is key to success.
