With 17 years in marketing, design, and digital advertising, Ernst has established a core interest in precision marketing and data-driven creative optimization. Since 2017, he has bridged the gap between digital marketing, digital transformation, and customer experience consulting, resulting in millions of dollars in efficiencies for some of the world's biggest brands.
Ernst's creative work has received recognition both domestically and internationally, winning awards at the Loerie Awards, Cannes Lions, Effies, One Show, and IAB Bookmarks, among others. In 2019, he served as the chair of the IAB Bookmarks Awards committee and was a judge on the Innovation Engineers jury.
Additionally, he served as the chairman of the IAB Marketing Council in 2018 and has contributed to industry advisory panels for several South African tertiary institutions, including The AAA School of Advertising and North-West University.
