About me

Better known as Ferra, she’s one half of the creative duo Ferra&Ali with her art director, Alice Teruzzi. They are an Italian creative director duo based in NYC. They started their career in Italy at Publicis where they worked on a number of acclaimed projects for clients such as Diesel, Heineken, Leroy Merlin, and Nescafé.

They then moved abroad to FCB London, where they worked on various clients like Kimberly-Clark, This Girl Can and on a project for “The Big Issue” -- a newspaper to help with the homelessness crisis that spiked during Covid. The profound campaign for “The Big Issue” was awarded the Cannes Grand Prix landing itself at the top of a very long list of awards they have won – including 17 Lions, 8 D&AD, Clio Grand Prix, and more -- collecting over 100 international awards.

A year and a few months after they arrived in the USA in Ogilvy NY, they won two global accounts for the group; (including Jameson whisky) and produced one of the biggest campaigns for one of the biggest clients yet to be launched.

This year, they earned their second Grand Prix Lion with one of the most buzzed-about and iconic campaigns ever done by Coca-Cola ‘Recycle Me.' The campaign boldly crushed the world’s most iconic logo to inspire people to recycle.

Throughout their career they collaborate with the best in class: Bryan Buckley, Tom Kuntz, Matthijs van Heijningen, François Rousselet, Guy Ritchie, Maurizio Cattelan, Keith Schofield, Ali Ali, and more. They have been named among the most awarded creatives by the Drum World Rankings.

They are passionate about simple, insightful ideas and high craft. They teach at the Master Art Direction & Copywriting at the Politecnico of Milan. Francesca recently featured in the Luerzers Archive with a piece about the difference between creativity and fashion in their Beauty+Fashion report.
