With 14 years of experience, Bitop is a hybrid strategist with expertise in portfolio strategy, brand strategy, creative communication, digital and content. He has been with Grey Group for 12 years and has risen up to be a home grown planner in a network that believes in being borderless to produce famously effective works. He is now heading the strategy department of both Grey Group Bangladesh and Grey Group Pakistan. He has played an instrumental role in helping the Bangladesh office enhance the depth and breadth of their total integrated strategy services and create purposeful enduring brands.
His contribution has helped Grey Bangladesh win Global Effie, APAC Effie, Cannes Lions, Warc Awards, Adfest, AdStars and many others. He has won Global Grand Effie in 2022; Grand Effie, Gold Effie and Silver Effie in APAC Effie 2021; Grand Prix and Category Disruptor Special award in WARC Prize for Asian Strategy 2020. He has been published in various marketing publications including WARC. He has contributed to Campaign Asia’s insights on Bangladesh brands for their Asia Top 1000 Brands series.
