I’m Sol Ortiz, a Marketing graduate from UADE and hold a Master’s in Storytelling and Transmedia Communication. With over 14 years of experience in marketing and communications, I spent 10 years at Avon, where I led incentive and loyalty strategies for more than 300,000 sales representatives across Argentina and Uruguay.
Currently, I run Jump, my marketing, communications, and creative production agency, where I combine strategy, storytelling, and brand experiences to create authentic connections. My career includes directing audiovisual productions, major fairs, and high-impact events, such as the Mundial del Alfajor and Feria Chocolaterie BA, as well as developing campaigns for SMBs, large corporations, tourism and cultural ministries, and the food, beverage, and entertainment industries.
In 2023, I was honored with several prestigious awards for social impact campaigns and strategic communications:
-Fundación Avon Award – Culture, Sports, and Recreation Category, for creating and producing the First SIPAS Women's Volleyball Tournament for Indigenous Communities in the Salta Impenetrable, an initiative that connected sports with access to healthcare and education.
-Obrar Gold Award from the Argentine Public Advertising Council, in the Internal Communication, Volunteering, and Programs category, also for the SIPAS Volleyball Tournament, highlighting its impact on diversity and inclusion.
-Special Mention from The Walt Disney Company, for outstanding communication in favor of diversity and inclusion.
