Kim is an award-winning brand marketer with 17 years of experience transforming businesses and helping brands play in culture by crafting engagement strategies, innovative content, and unforgettable brand experiences.
Over the years, Kim has specialized in building new scopes and departments, and leading multi-country teams that are passionate about content, social, influencer marketing, PR, and brand storytelling.
He joins Marco as their new Chief Digital Officer after over 10 years leading projects at Publicis Groupe.
In the span of his career he’s developed projects for a variety of global clients such as Netflix, P&G, Ferrero, Huawei, Spotify, Coca-Cola, Diesel, Tinder, and most recently NIVEA, for whom he pioneered important projects in the digital space such as the NFT project "The Value of Touch", the implementation of their TikTok channels and the content-first campaign "Skin Out Loud".

Originally from Brazil, Kim now lives in Madrid, Spain, having lived in the US, Portugal, Italy, Germany, and spent long periods of time developing projects in Japan, China and Southeast Asia.
Kim holds a Bachelor degree in Advertising at the Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) in Rio de Janeiro, a Masters degree in Corporate Communication at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (UCSC) in Milan and a Specializing Masters in Digital Marketing by the Sole24 Business School. He is also certified in Data Science & Big Data Analytics by the M.I.T.
