Had the opportunity to work on projetcs on the following sectors:
- Telecom: design of chatbot manual, where the team was responsible for studying & researching on archetypes, organizing and facilitating co-criation workshop in order to develop chatbot’s avatar and voice tone following UX Writing best practices
- Banking: research (desk research, benchmarking & interviews with stakeholders) on accounts receivables in order to discover risks opportunities, quick wins, experience & usability guidelines for a developing accounts receivables platform. Developing and facilitating workshop in order to discuss and co-create with client best approaches and plan actions to be prioritized for development and delivery stages.
- Telecom: design of self-service solution, mapping all processes As Is through service blueprint, followed by interviews with stakeholders in order to proof the concept of proposed service as well as validating To Be blueprint
- Food Delivery Startup: through desk research & interviews with restaurants & food delivery app users in order to discover opportunities, quick wins & experience & usability guidelines for the startup’s App
- Health Insurance: research on CX’s relevance to corporations

Extras:
-On every opportunity volunteered to take part of workshops open to the market/prospects as one of the facilitating members.
- Had the chance to enroll on MJV's Account Based Marketing (ABM) Course, in which I learned why and how to use this marketing strategy, with hands on practice, within a multidisciplinary team, working on the company's actual data base.
