About me

Training today’s creatives for tomorrow’s challenges!

Since my early days at McCann Paris in 1997, followed by experiences at agencies such as Havas WW, Leo Burnett, Young & Rubicam, and JWT, I’ve always been driven by a deep conviction: creativity doesn’t happen by chance — it must be nurtured, structured, and passed on.

This belief led me, as early as 2002, to create The Admen, an agency where strategy and creative conception came together — and also where I began exploring training. Very quickly, I wanted to go further by developing a pedagogical method: Adprentis. Through a network of trainers from the field, we supported schools, companies, and training organizations with programs combining branding, advertising concept development, web design, and communication. The awards earned by our students validated the strength of this approach.

In 2016, a new challenge emerged: taking the lead at Sup de Création, a pioneering school that trains Copywriters and Art Directors together. For eight years, I worked to strengthen its positioning, develop new programs, and structure four areas of excellence: Advertising, Film Making, Motion Design, and Game Design. The goal? To maintain the level of rigor, selectiveness, and pedagogical innovation that the school is known for. In 2023, we reached a new milestone by integrating expert courses in Social Media Creative, AI, and ChatGPT.

Today, a new chapter begins. In November 2024, I will leave Sup de Création to launch CREANEO, a project that extends this vision of creative education. The aim is twofold:
? Develop enhanced training programs tailored to recent graduates, professionals, and those undergoing career changes, to better align with a shifting market.
? Explore new creative frontiers with AI, while respecting and valuing human creative expertise.

Identifying and training creatives isn’t just about transferring skills — it’s about preparing them for a changing environment, giving them the tools to assert their uniqueness and adapt to the evolving challenges of our industry.

The Festival des Chatons d'Or and The Creative League are the two flagship brands of CREANEO.

The Festival des Chatons d'Or aims to identify and showcase emerging talent within the Cultural and Creative Industries.
The Creative League is the go-to social network for all creative futures — a platform for sharing, additional training opportunities, and connecting with companies.
