In a world of shrinking attention-spans, the future of creativity will be built by waging war on mediocrity; and that’s Hira’s vision. Named as one of Adage’s 40 under 40 and #21 most awarded creative director by The Drum's World Creative Rankings in 2020, Hira Mohibullah currently works as Executive Creative Director at BBDO Pakistan, where she uses the power of advertising to impact social change in the country.
She prides herself upon creating insightful campaigns that have gone big with little or no media budgets, winning her more than 200 International Advertising Awards including Cannes Lions, Clios, D&AD and more. Her most notable campaigns are UNWomen's #BridalUniform (#56 on WARC100) and #BeatMe (Gunn Top 100 Campaigns of 2017).
Being a Cannes Lions See It Be It alumni, she is now co-leading the same program at Dubai Lynx. Hira is Campaign Asia’s Women Leading Change Honoree, a TEDx speaker and has served on the jury for Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio, NYF, Young Guns, Adstars, PHNX and Effie Pakistan. She has also been featured as a Pitch 100 Superwoman and Badass.Gal by The Young Creatives Council.
A mother of two, Hira is an advocate for gender balance at the workplace and has helped set up a day-care room at BBDO Pakistan, enabling more mothers to join the workforce.
