A seasoned cross-industry creative communications polymath with healthcare, consumer, B2B, and sports marketing experience, James Keng Lim is a multi-award-winning creative director, regular creative awards show jury member, and former start-up founder.

Passionate about helping brands make a positive change to people, society and the
environment, he brings onboard honest counsel and thought leadership across advertising, marketing, branding, digital, social, PR, content, and events, and integrates AI, trend-based innovation, technology, human truths, data, design thinking and a generous dose of curiosity to help brands connect with their audiences.

A global citizen, he has lived and worked in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, China, and Dubai, and having worked in two of the largest Japan-headquartered communications agencies, he offers clients a global perspective as well as deep local consumer insights and cultural nuances to help them stay relevant to their audiences.

Entrepreneurial by name and spirit, James Keng Lim was a former startup founder of an integrated communications agency that started in Singapore and expanded into China and Middle East. The agency was later featured in The Straits Times as one of the leading integrated marketing communications agency in Singapore.

Fuelled by a strong passion to contribute meaningfully to the community during the COVID pandemic, James Keng Lim previously served as Assistant Director with the COVID task force in the Ministry of Health where he charted patients’ recovery journey and Singapore’s future planning for endemicity. For his contribution, he was awarded the National COVID-19 Resilience Medal.
