I started my career with Dell (India) in 2004 and then moved on to work with companies like American Express, Vitcom Consulting (Digital PR), Quasar Media and then started my own company, Conversations Digital Pvt. Ltd where I lead digital marketing for clients like NDTV Imagine, Microsoft, Delhi Daredevils (One of the IPL teams), Discovery Channels (India), Eros Entertainment etc.
In 2009, I was approached by Nation Media Group, East Africa to rebuild their digital division. I arrived in Kenya in the beginning of 2010 to completely revitalize the digital offering including content marketing, social media management and content/space sales, and turned around the division into one of the most ROI driven profit center across the whole group.
Always ready to accept challenges, I joined Ogilvy & Mather Africa in Aug 2012 and started OgilvyOne Africa right from scratch. It was a run away success with 13 wins out of 16 pitches in 2 years. The clientele included Airtel Africa, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Barclays Bank, Nestle EAR, KFC, Tecno Telecom, Basco Paints, Merck Pharma, Standard Chartered Bank and several others.
In April 2015, I was asked to expand & strengthen the OgilvyOne presence in the Arab region. Since then I have established OgilvyOne in KSA and Qatar. Some of our major clients in KSA are Kimberly Clark, NCB (AlAhli Bank), IKEA, Volkswagen, BUPA, Hempel Paints, Arabian Shield Insurance, Castrol, IHG group and Huawei amongst others.
In Qatar, I am currently leading Digital Experience & Transformation for some of the biggest clients including Qatar Airways Privilege Club, Vodafone, Ministry of Transportation & Communication, Qatar Islamic Bank, IBQ, SBE Hospitality et al.
